About Your Game Dealing Genies!
We have truly an epic staff of experienced dealers. Learn to do the easy card-counting method on our blackjack tables, Just remember, card counting is NOT illegal, just frowned upon. at our casino card-count away! we will teach you ALL these strategies, and all for free too. Hey, our dealers are really good! You'll see.
In fact, EVERY game dealer we employee, must go through -and complete with high honors- a rigorous and extensive training school before even being able to deal at ANY event. Depending of the specific game type, some games require 200+ Hours of on hand mastering of both didactic and psychomotor skills. Minimum passing score requirement is 95%. Trust us when we say... THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!

We want to make the best experience possible for your special event. This is only done by having the best dealers, best equipment every time. Guaranteed! And you can take that to the bank!
The big question always is..."HOW MANY TABLES SHOULD I HAVE FOR MY EVENT?... What works best in the past is a rough little equation... Anywhere from 40% to 80% of your total present guests. Also remember you will always have a few that won't make the event due to other reasons. And a few that will be doing other things other than gaming too.

Want to be a Casino Game Dealer?
LET US TRAIN YOU FOR FREE! Casino game dealers school / academy can be expensive and long. Who's got time for all that? Genie-Innovations have top notched dealer instructors that have 20+ years experience in hand- on game dealing and training. Once you have been certified on multiple games and strategies, you can even enroll in PIT-BOSS Training! Here, hourly wages start at $45-$50 per hour! Dealers goal is to pass with the apprentice dealer level within a few short days of learning and practice. Pay will start at $25/hour AFTER training, then increases $5 per hour for each level of dealer certification you pass. PLUS you keep all your tips you make for the party or event.
Dealer Class Levels are:
Apprentice: Mastering Blackjack OR Texas Hold'em (games always requested) Starting pay:($25/Hour)
Journeyman: Mastering the Apprentice level PLUS mastering a 2nd game. Starting pay:($30/ Hour)
Grand Dealer: Mastering Blackjack, AND Hold'em with a 3rd game as well (we prefer Craps knowledge at this level. At least a stick person) Starting pay:($35/Hour)
Grand Master Dealer: Mastering ALL core games: Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, 3-Card Poker, and Hold'em. PLUS completing the PIT-BOSS Training. Starting pay: ($45-$50/Hour)
