Each of our technicians completes an extensive and rigorous chemistry course before they are even permitted to begin treating a pool. Unlike many pool service providers, whose technicians often lack advanced training, our team is highly qualified to ensure safe, accurate, and effective water care management. In addition, at every weekly visit, our Pool Genie's will perform an inspection of your pump system, and filtration system as well as inspect your pool / robot cleaner to ensure everything is up to standard working order to minimize unexpected high dollar cost surprises and help minimize electric costs.
To make best use of our services, we will ask for a full understanding of your pool environment. Info we would request would be:
*Total water gallons of your pool (or best guess)
*Salt or Chlorine system
* Foliage coverage % around your pool. (like how many trees)
*Type of filter system and when it was last fully serviced. (Cartridge filter, D.E. filter, sand filter system... Brand name in not required at this point)
The more information you can provide us prior to starting our service, will aid in the Pool Genies being able to provide you with that long duration of trouble free issues, so you can really enjoy your pool and get the most fun out of it!
SERVICES AND PRICES
- We will only offer a week-to-week service, not even the Genie himself can keep a pool looking sparkling clean only servicing it twice a month…
- However, there may be a time where you may only require a one-time “gap service” For instance, when your family goes out of town for a vacation, and you really don’t wish to come home to a green pool…
- There is NO CONTRACT needed for any length of service… just pay month-to-month! We’re easy and friendly that way!!
- According to “tabloids”, Genies have been granting wishes for over 2000 years without fail!!! So… WE WON’T FAIL TODAY EITHER!!! IF WE CAN’T GET YOUR POOL CLEAR, CLEAN, AND SPARKLING, YOUR MONTH IS FREE!! Our pool chemists (Genies) are that good!! Of course, ALL YOUR pool equipment must be in correct operational order and functionality! The Genies respect the FILTER!!

*** POOL GENIE GAP SERVICE™ *** Let’s say your family is going out of town on vacation for 10 days. You don’t really require a weekly pool service, but you know without some pool “TLC” you might be coming home to a “green pool pea-soup-pond.” Our Gap Service, also known as our (Half Wish Service), will service your pool around the day you leave, and again about a day or two before you return. To grant your wish of a Genie-perfect pool upon your return! All we need is your wish, well... and a payment of course.
