David Redenbaugh is the Founder and CEO of a growing multi-affiliate corporation built on vision, passion, and purpose. Educated in paramedicine, acoustics, engineering, and dendrology, David provides the spine of the companies growing dynamics. What started as a single idea evolved into a family of affiliate brands, each driven by quality, innovation, and integrity.
With a hands-on and people-first leadership style, David focuses on building strong partnerships, inspiring creativity, and turning ideas into lasting success. His forward-thinking approach keeps the corporation evolving, while his commitment to excellence ensures every venture reflects the company's core values.
David's journey as a founder is rooted in resilience and a genuine love for creating things that make a difference — both in business and in the lives of others.
David also enjoys the Genie's Casino immensely! In the 20+ years of the Genie's Casino operations, David has been the only one to receive the GRAND-MASTER-DEALER CERTIFICATION. Having taught dealers for over two decades, he is the senior trainer for our casino game dealers, promising: "Your guests will experience only the finest, most skilled, and most professional casino dealers this industry has to offer! And you can take that to the bank!"

Jacob Redenbaugh serves as Senior Vice President and Director of the Entertainment branch within the corporation, overseeing the company's casino party division and a variety of event-based services. Under his leadership, the entertainment branch has grown into one of the corporation's most dynamic and in-demand sectors, known for its creativity, energy, and commitment to excellence.
Blending innovation with experience, Jacob ensures every event reflects the company's high standards and his personal signature touch of excitement. His vision has helped elevate the entertainment division into a full-service experience — delivering unforgettable moments for clients while driving new opportunities for growth across the organization.
As both a leader and the next generation of the Redenbaugh legacy, Jacob continues to build on the foundation his father established, combining passion, professionalism, and forward thinking in every project.

J.T. Senior Vice President ~ Integrated Services
As Senior Vice President of Integrated Services at Genie Innovations, JT oversees the seamless coordination and performance of several affiliated companies under the Genie Innovations umbrella. His role focuses on unifying operations, enhancing cross-company collaboration, and ensuring that every branch of the organization reflects the same commitment to excellence and innovation that defines Genie Innovations. With a strong background in business integration and operational strategy, JT brings a visionary approach to creating synergy between diverse service sectors—driving growth, efficiency, and long-term sustainability across the enterprise.
Casino Game Dealer / Supervisor GRAND Level 3 Certified ~ Ross Wilson
With a proven track record of precision, professionalism, and personality, ROSS has become one of the casino's most respected and reliable dealers. Ross came to us possessing a profound knowledge in Texas Hold'em poker. In which during "dealer auditions" he was able to demonstrate with ease! Shortly after, Ross enrolled in the Genie's Casino Dealers Academy, in which he also mastered multiple games including 3_Card-Poker, Roulette, and Blackjack, in only a mere few months, graduating with the highest honors. Ross is learning his last few games then will be enrolling in the Pit-Boss/Management program.
* Consistently scores above 98% on internal audits and dealer evaluations, excelling in categories such as game control, payout accuracy, chip management, and customer engagement. Known for his sharp mental math and composure under pressure, Ross has dealt to over hundreds of guests, maintaining a near-perfect customer satisfaction score of 9.7/10.
As a certified GRAND - DEALER in multiple games — including Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and Texas Hold'em — Ross is trusted to train new recruits and often serves as the lead dealer for high-stakes or VIP events.

Casino Dealer Journeyman-Level 2 Certified ~ Wyatt Hinckley
Wyatt Joined the Genie's Casino Operations in the Summer of 2025. One of our newer casino game dealers, but a solid performer on Texas Hold'em mastering the dealers exam only on his 2nd day. That same day immediately enrolled in 3-Card-Poker dealers training, in which Wyatt also mastered by the end of the same month. Wyatt is rapidly swelling through the ranks at Genie's Casino quickly becoming a favorite among everyone who is lucky enough to get a spot on any of his tables.
*Wyatt scored 99.8% on the mastering exam on Texas Hold'em, and scored 98.1 % on 3-Card-Poker Certifying Wyatt as a LEVEL 2 ~ JOURNEYMAN Dealer

Casino Game Dealer Apprentice ~ Riley Key
Meet Riley Key, one of the newest — and most naturally talented — dealers to join the casino floor. From the first shuffle to the final payout, Riley brings a spark of energy, precision, and personality to every game. Graduating our Game Dealers Academy, Riley chose her favorite, mastering in Blackjack and Roulette scoring well above the benchmark needed to achieve the certificate at 98% on both games.
With a knack for fast, flawless dealing and a magnetic smile that keeps players engaged, she has already caught the attention of both guests and supervisors alike. Known for a 99% accuracy rate and cool composure under pressure, Riley makes her game table feel like the best seat in the house!
Whether it's Blackjack, or Roulette, Riley delivers every hand with style, confidence, and the kind of flair that turns casual play into an unforgettable casino experience.
